Wolff Olins listed number 15 on Ad Age’s Best Places to Work 2024
We are hugely proud to be listed at number 15 on Ad Age’s Best Places to Work 2024 in the US (up to 200 employees).
Founded in London in 1965, Wolff Olins expanded into New York and San Francisco in 2001. We've continued to grow with our clients, celebrating our arrival in Los Angeles with the launch of our new brand identity in October 2023.
Michael Khoury, President Wolff Olins US, comments: “Over the last few years, we’ve focused on building the dream team with an employee experience to match. We know a culture of creativity and connection inspires our people, transcending from the studio floor right into the heart of the work we do for clients. To be recognised on the Ad Age Best Places to Work 2024 is a huge achievement for us today but also for the future of Wolff Olins here in the States.”
Recent local leadership hires include Global Principal Thomas Wilder and Senior Director of Culture Julia Race who are driving transformation for some of America’s biggest brands including Instacart, Patreon and, most recently, New York Botanical Garden (NYBG).
A commitment to listening and communication, led by Jill Iannazzi, Head of HR for Wolff Olins US, has enabled our agency to develop a bespoke set of workplace values and benefits in response to the specific needs of our teams.
“Wolff Olins is a place where you can learn from the best and become your best. We continue to up-skill and grow together through our rituals, streamlined systems, new training methods and creative shares. For us, diversity, equity and inclusion is both a moral and business imperative and so we consciously prioritise this through a number of internal initiatives as well as proudly partnering with local organisations including Bronx Charter Art School and Diversity in Design (DID). We feel stronger than ever and this listing showcases our amazing people and studios that make Wolff Olins.”
The listing follows Wolff Olins’ London studio ranking as the UK’s 12th Best Company to Work For in the 2022 Best Companies annual list.
Sairah Ashman, Global CEO of Wolff Olins, comments: “Having been at Wolff Olins for three decades I know how important our culture is and how special our people are. It’s this combination that makes our client relationships and our work so brilliant, and it’s what fuels our success. I’m incredibly proud of what our people are achieving with their ambition, creativity, talent and care, and to have this recognised is a real honour.”
One of the most coveted honours in the industry, the Ad Age list comprises 50 companies that stand out for their workplace practices, programs and benefits. The winners are based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from employees, and reflect the highest overall scores. The ranking is produced by Best Companies Group, a research firm specialising in identifying and recognising great places to work.
